Hello Bugs

What is this website?

This is where I will post my mods and blogs about development and releases. I strive to keep this website as simple as possible since I am not fond of complex and resource-heavy websites.

Also, I realized that many people do not have ModTheSims accounts, which created a barrier to reaching out. As a result, I have changed how you can contact me.

If you want to contact me concerning bugs, suggestions, or feedback, I have provided an email on bug reporting page. When emailing me about bugs, please use the template in the bug reporting section. Doing so will help me solve the issue quickly and get back to you faster.

The Birds and the Bees lags my game!

I am aware of the performance issue and am currently working on a fix. It will be present in the next update.

If the lag is too much for your game, please remove the mod. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Anyway, here are some other bugs I’ve noticed in some games and screenshots:

I want to translate the mod!

And I would gladly accept it. However, here’s the thing

Are you going to update your mods?

Yes. In fact, I have a list of features I would like to add in the future while keeping things within each mod’s scope and performant.

What are you going to do with Dark Necessities?

For now, it’s just a small joke mod. However, I wanted to design it to reflect the realities of drug use, mental health, and criminal justice. I am keeping it vague for now since it’s still in the idea/testing/ugly stage. I’ll release beta versions of it on my Patreon, but mainly for new feature exploration and discussion.

Final Word?

I also wanted to feature some of the videos sent to me showcasing The Birds and the Bees. Sure they show some of the bugs with the mod, which are great since I need to be aware of them to fix them, I appreciate the frank feedback of watching people test the mod in-game since it delights me to see people’s reactions to the mod and helps me create better experiences for players.

I also appreciated desiree-uk’s Tumblr post and subsequent reblogs by others since it massively helped with spreading word about the release.
